Instructions for Submitting
Abstracts "on line" (by email)
On-line submissions
are strongly encouraged. Please follow these guidelines carefully
for on-line submission.
- The Program
Committee will accept abstracts for consideration for oral and
poster presentations. Abstracts should be received by Monday
January 7, 2008. Late submissions will be considered on an individual
basis (contact Program Chairman).
- Abstracts may
be submitted on-line (i.e. via email). Please follow these instructions
for on-line submissions.
- The abstract
submission format includes one page with the abstract as it will
be printed, and a second page with information necessary for
correct abstract processing.
- Abstracts should
be typed, double-space, to fit on a single sheet of 8.5x11"
paper (margins 1 inch all around).
- The abstract
must include the title, authors, and the name of the authors’
institution.
- The name of
the presenter (who should also be the first author) must be underlined.
- Please indicate
with an asterisk presenting authors who are “in training”.
- On the second
page of the email:
please provide
the name and full address, including email address of
the corresponding author. Abstracts which do not include this
information cannot be acknowledged and may not be accurately
processed.
- Authors may
also indicate whether they feel the abstract would be more appropriately
presented as a poster, if accepted. However, final decisions
on acceptability, and format of presentation, will be made by
the Program Committee.
- Abstracts submitted
to national meetings may be submitted to NEPS, but must be retyped
according to this format. Please do not submit reproductions
of abstract forms from other meetings.
